Prof. Foo Keong Tatt, Senior Consultant and Head, Urology Department Associate Professor Foo graduated from Singapore University in 1965 and he obtained his post-graduate degree in Surgery FRCS from the College of Surgeon of Edinburgh in 1971. He is currently the Head, Department of Urology at the Singapore General Hospital, having previously held the post of Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Singpore from 1979 to 1988. He is currently the Chairman, Board of Trustees for Singapore Urological Association and the Chairman of the Urology Specialty Board for Academy of Medicine, Singapore. 	Dr. Francis Seow-Choen, Consultant Surgeon and Head, Department of Colorectal Surgery F. Seow-Choen is currently Head & Senior Consultant of the Department of Colorectal Surgery, Singapore General Hospital. He is also concurrently Director of the Endoscopy Centre at SGH. He has published more than 100 scientific papers as well as chapters in 4 books on various aspects of Colorectal Surgery. He is on the Editorial Board of the British Journal of Surgery and Techniques in coloproctology and is the "1997 Outstanding Researcher" of SGH.
